5g Chlorella powder

250ml water

1 teaspoon baking soda or ½ cube of brewer’s yeast (10-15g) or 1 sachet of baking powder

10g salt

50g extra virgin olive oil

10g sugar or honey
Preparation
Step by Step
Step 1
Dissolve yeast and sugar in water. Add oil, then flour and salt.
Knead everything until the dough is smooth and homogeneous. Cover the bowl with a tea towel and leave to rest for about 1 hour.
Step 2
Place the dough on a pastry board dusted with flour and divide the dough into 40 strips.
From each piece, cut a loaf with a diameter of about 1/1.5 cm.
Place the breadsticks on a baking tray lined with baking paper and brush with a little oil.
Leave to rest for 30 min.
Step 3
Add sesame or poppy seeds or chia seeds.
Bake at 200° for 10-15 minutes until the desired golden color is reached.
