500g pizza flour

5g Chlorella powder

280ml water

15g brewer’s yeast

15g salt
-
50g extra virgin olive oil
As seasoning M&M Greencare suggests:
- 50g tomato pulp
- 125 g fresh mozzarella
- Oregano to taste
Preparation
Step by Step
Step 1
Dissolve the yeast and sugar in a little lukewarm water.
Pour the flour with the Chlorella powder into a bowl, add the dissolved yeast and water a little at a time, then oil and salt.
Mix for at least 10-15 minutes until the dough is soft and smooth.
Form into a ball and leave to rest until doubled in volume covered and in a tempered place (1-2 hours).
Step 2
Knead the dough for another 10-15 minutes, taking care to roll it out and shape it well in a baking tin. Spread tomato and leave to rise for 1h in a warm place.
Add oregano, freshly sliced mozzarella, basil and other ingredients to taste.
Step 3
Bake in the oven at 200-220° for about 20 minutes.
