Chlorella protein smoothie

Protein smoothie with almond or coconut milk
Ingredients

1 frozen banana

30ml almond milk (or coconut milk)

½ pineapple
-
2-3g Chlorella powder
-
berries to taste
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together and garnish with berries to taste.
Protein smoothie with Greek yogurt
Ingredients

80g low-fat Greek yoghurt
-
30-50ml milk
-
2-3g Chlorella powder
-
4-5 strawberries
-
½ sliced apple
Preparation
Blend the apples and then add all the ingredients until the desired creaminess is achieved.
Variations: try the versions with coconut milk and soy milk!
Protein smoothie with soya milk
Ingredients

300ml soya milk
-
20g hazelnuts
-
2-3g Chlorella powder
-
2 sliced apples
-
1 lemon juice
-
Ice cubes to taste300ml latte di soia
Preparation
Blend the apples with the lemon juice. Add hazelnuts to the mix, chlorella powder and soy milk. At the end you can add ice cubes to chop for a few seconds.
