350g rice

3-5g Chlorella powder

200g soft cheese

½ litre vegetable stock

Olive oil to taste

Red wine to taste

1 knob of butter
-
1 jar of cooking cream
- Pepper to taste
Preparation
Step by Step
Step 1
Brown the rice in a little olive oil with red wine. Once browned, continue cooking with very light vegetable stock and add a pinch of pepper.
Step 2
Add the diced soft cheese with a knob of butter, a jar of cream and the Chlorella powder.
Stir everything over high heat and serve hot.
N.B.: Try the version with the addition of a golden onion! In this case, finely chop the onion and fry it before browning the rice.
