Mashed potatoes and Chlorella

Ingredients
- 1 kg potatoes
- 250 ml whole milk
- 2-3g Chlorella powder
- 50g butter
- 2 lemon peels
- nutmeg
- salt to taste

Step 1
Wash the potatoes and transfer them to a pot with plenty of water.
Bring them to the boil, add salt and cook for about 30-40 minutes.
In the meantime, heat the milk moderately.
Step 2
Mash the potatoes in a saucepan. Pour in the warmed milk a little at a time, stirring at the same time to prevent lumps from forming.
Step 3
Cook the mashed potatoes on a low flame until soft, then add a couple of lemon peels, the diced butter, a pinch of salt and grated nutmeg.
At the end of the cooking time, add 1-2g of Chlorella powder.
Stir quickly to mix the ingredients well. Serve the mashed potatoes hot and enjoy!
