Ingredients

  • 500g flour

  • 80g sugar

  • 80g butter

  • 5g Chlorella powder

  • 100ml milk (also vegetable milk)

  • 100ml water

  • 3 eggs

  • 25g baking powder

  • 1 pinch of salt

Preparation
Step by Step

Step 1

Dissolve the yeast in a little warm water with the honey.

Mix the flour with the Chlorella, yeast, melted butter, water, milk, sugar and eggs.

Knead the dough for about 15 minutes and leave it to rise in a tempered place for about an hour until doubled in volume.

Step 2

Add 2 tablespoons of schnapps, the apple slices, sultanas to taste, 1 vial of rum, and 1 vial of lemon.

Mix again until a soft dough is reached and fry by spoonfuls.
