Sweet Focaccia and Chlorella

Ingredients
- 500g flour
- 80g sugar
- Chlorella 5g
- 100ml milk
- 100ml H2O
- 3 Eggs
- 25g Yeast
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 100g Butter
- Sultanas to taste
- Flavours to taste lemon/rum/other
Preparation
Step by Step
Step 1
Dissolve the yeast in a little lukewarm water with the honey. Mix the flour with the Chlorella, yeast, melted butter, water, milk, sugar, eggs.
Knead the dough for about 15 minutes and leave to rise for about an hour, forming a ball.
Step 2
Knead the dough again until elastic
Add sultanas, spices, candied fruit to taste
Shape as desired and leave to rise for about 45 minutes more.
Step 3
Brush with milk or eggs.
Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes at 200°.
