Recommended dosage: 8-15 capsules per day swallowed with plenty of water. Increase the dosage gradually over time. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Scientific studies evaluate the beneficial effects of using Chlorella with doses ranging from 3g to 6g per day (8-15 capsules). Note that some research shows efficacy even at lower dosages (4-5 capsules).
